Munster Showjumping returns to Limerick Greyhound Stadium

The Limerick leg of ‘Munster Stadium Jumping’ will takes place at Limerick Greyhound Stadium this evening and promises to be a spectacular night for all involved.

Munster Stadium Jumping is now in its third year, with two legs taking place in Limerick and Cork Greyhound Stadiums.

Horse Sport Ireland’s sponsorship of the Grand Prix class sees the prize fund increase this year to a handsome €8,000.

Coolmore Stud have given their backing to the 128cm class. This event always proves popular with children battling against each other on their ponies to earn their place on the podium.

A team from each province will make up the 16 places for the Amateur Class Nations Cup style competition. There will be an overall winner on the evening as well as team prizes.

The forth class will be made up of sixteen combinations in a 1.10m class. The participants in this class worked hard at qualifying shows in the Munster Region to secure their place at Limerick Greyhound Stadium.

Tickets will also be available on the evening.
