Munster to kick off URC season with Friday night clash in Cardiff as fixtures confirmed

Full fixture details have been confirmed for all 18 of Munster’s 2022/23 United Rugby Championship fixtures.

The campaign starts away to Cardiff on Friday, September 16.

The first home game of the season on Saturday, October 1, sees Zebre visit Musgrave Park with the Cork venue hosting both pre-season games against Gloucester and London Irish in the coming weeks.

The first game at Thomond Park in 2022/23 will see the Vodacom Bulls visit Limerick on Saturday, October 15.

Ulster, Connacht and Leinster will also visit Limerick in 2022 with the Munster v Leinster clash taking place on St Stephen’s Day.

There will be two further games at Musgrave Park in the second half of the season with the Emirates Lions and Scarlets both visiting Cork.

Munster’s final two games of the regular season will be played in South Africa against DHL Stormers and Cell C Sharks.
