O’Callaghan and Williams replace Shiel at Pike

Pike Rovers have announced that Brian O’Callaghan and Robbie Williams will take over their Junior team for the coming Premier Division season.

The Crosagalla club were without a manager following the shock resignation of Mick Shiel last week.

The Dublin native had a successful time as Pike boss, leading them to the FAI Junior Cup Final, winning the Munster Junior Cup and Tuohy Cup. Pike lost out on the league title last season to Janesboro by a point.

O’Callaghan and Williams will be in the dugout for Pike’s opening game of the season, a mouthwatering fixture against rivals Janesboro.
