Shannon and St. Mary’s represented in Munster U18 Girls Squad

Head Coach Eugene McCarthy has named his Munster U18 Girls Squad to take part in the Interprovincial series which gets underway on Saturday, 23rd September.

Munster will kick their campaign off with a home fixture against Leinster at Ballincollig RFC before travelling to Ballinasloe on Saturday, 30th September to take on Connacht.

Their final match will take place on Saturday, 7th October against defending champions Ulster away at Barnhall.

McCarthy has named an experienced squad with 13 players included that were part of last season’s panel.

The squad, captained by Emily Lane have been training three days a week since the beginning of May throughout various venues in the province.

Shannon RFC have 4 representitives in the squad, while 2 girls from St. Mary’s make McCarthy’s squad.
