Sky Sports to show Limerick’s Munster clash with Waterford as championship schedule confirmed

In total, there will be 20 live GAA games on Sky Sports Arena this year kicking off on April 16.

Sky Sports Arena will be the home of GAA this year, with coverage getting underway on Saturday April 16, with a hurling-football double-header.

The Leinster Hurling Championship meeting of Wexford and Galway will be shown live at 5pm before All-Ireland football champions Tyrone face Fermanagh in the Ulster Football Championship.

Limerick’s Munster Hurling Championship clash with Waterford in the TUS Gaelic Grounds will be shown live on Sky Sports Arena with throw in at 7pm on April 23.

Yesterday it was confirmed that the clash between those Munster giants would be part of a double header involving the Limerick and Tipperary camogie sides.

That game is the only Munster championship clash that is pencilled in Sky’s schedule. The All-Ireland semi-finals and final will be shown by both Sky Sports and RTE.

The Limerick footballers could be seen in action on Sky Sports with games in the All-Ireland football series to be shown by the broadcaster. Those include three qualifier games and two quarters as well as the semi-finals and final.
