St Ailbes and Old Mill kick off their Munster Championships this evening

St Ailbe’s and Old Mill kick off their Munster Club campaigns this weekend after winning the Limerick Senior and Intermediate championships respectively.

On Friday evening, Paul Butler’s St Ailbes take on Inch Rovers in the Munster Club Intermediate Ladies Football championship in Mitchelstown at 7.30pm.

They advanced to the the Munster stages after a 3-8 to 3-7 win over Monagae in the County final a fortnight ago to win their first title since 2012.

Also tonight, Old Mill face Donoughmore in the Junior Championship semi-final in the Mallow GAA Grounds.

Old Mill, 2019 Limerick Intermediate Ladies Football Champions

Last week Old Mill secured Senior status for 2020, just twelve months after they earned promotion from Junior.
