WATCH: Highlights as St Kierans overcome Na Piarsaigh in Limerick SFC

In the final game of the opening round of the 2019 Limerick SFC, St Kierans were comfortable 2-16 to 0-10, a game that was streamed live on Limerick GAA TV.

St Kierans started much brighter and a Seamus Mangan goal eased them into a 1-4 to no score lead within the opening ten minutes.

Kieran Daly would notch Na Piarsaigh’s opening score with the sides trading scores prior to the half-time whistle with Kierans holding a 1-8 to 0-5 lead.

The sides went score for score in the second half until Ray Cahill’s goal ten minutes from the end effectively ending the contest with the score at 2-14 to 0-9.

Kierans would run out 12-point winners in the end as they joined Newcastle West and Oola at the top of group 2 in the SFC.
