The Munster Cross Country Championships took place in the Limerick Racecourse on Sunday. The Novice Men’s race was the last event of the day and conditions by then were challenging. Niall Shanahan ran a great race among a strong field and took gold. The An Brú AC member is in flying form at the moment, having recently won the SMRC Urban 10km two weeks ago in a time of 30.23
