The Breakdown EP160: Munster draw Toulouse in Champions Cup, Leinster await in Pro 14 final & More

Raffaele, Tom and Ronan are back for this week’s Breakdown podcast to review what has been a hectic week for Munster.

They begin by discussing Tuesday’s Champions Cup draw where Munster were paired with Toulouse in the Last 16, with that game to be played behind closed doors in Thomond Park.

Over the weekend, Munster qualified for the Pro 14 final with a pair of games in hand and will face Leinster in that final on March 27. The trio discuss that game at the end of the month and how Munster can use the time at their disposal to prepare for a side that they have struggled against in recent years.

They also look at the rugby headlines, including the news that Keith Earls has signed a new deal that will keep him at Munster until the summer of 2022.
