The Breakdown EP98 Munster’s Road Win In Italy & Pro14 Round Up

We look back on Munster’s 37-28 road win over Benetton in Italy as Johann van Grann’s men came back from 10-0 and 28-17 down to claim a vital bonus point win.

Up for discussion are JJ’s tactical masterclass at ten, Munster’s excellent second half display and Ben Whitehouse’s bizarre interpretation of Benvenuti’s shoulder charge to the head of Stephen Archer.

There were also crucial wins for Ulster and Connacht who have secured both Champions Cup and Pro14 playoff berths. On the other hand, Leinster continue their reverse into the playoffs following their loss to Glasgow.

All of which means it will go down to the final round of games with Munster needing to beat Connacht and hoping Edinburgh can overturn Glasgow.
