The Soccer Scene EP28 | Treaty look to regroup after Athlone Town setback

Adrian Finnin is joined by Noel O’Connor once again to discuss all things Treaty United.

The Soccer Scene podcast is back again and Treaty United’s disappointing 2-0 defeat against Athlone Town is on the agenda this week.

After last week’s fantastic result against leaders Cork City, Treaty were left stunned by a goal on either side of half-time from the bottom-side which handed them their second loss in three games.

The side now sit in fifth place in the Airtricity First Division, with the gap to Longford town now extended to nine points.

The lads will give their thoughts on the disappointing league result and what it means for Treaty ahead of the run-in. They will also look ahead to Treaty’s FAI Cup last-16 tie against Maynooth University this Saturday.
