Thomond Park sold out for final Champions Cup group game

Munster’s crucial Champions Cup final group game with Exeter Chiefs is a sell out the province has confirmed.

A capacity crowd of 26,267 will see Munster take on Exeter in what could be a make or break game as Johann van Graan’s side bid to make the Champions Cup knockout stages.

Following on from the Leinster sell-out in record time, demand for Munster’s crucial European encounter spiked and the final tickets were snapped up over the weekend.

The increased capacity includes the additional seating installed on the goal line at both ends of the ground.

The latest sell-out is the fourth of the season for the province across Irish Independent Park and Thomond Park.

Munster play Gloucester in the fifth round of Pool 2 this Saturday following on from Saturday’s victory over Connacht that put them top of Conferance A of the Pro14.
