Three Limerick sides in Munster Schools Senior Cup quarter final action

There’s three quarter final ties featuring three Limerick sides down for decision today.

Ardscoil Ris take on holders PBC at Irish Independant Park. The Limerick school overcame St Munchin’s in a playoff tie to reach the quarters, while PBC claimed victory over Castletroy College.

St Clement’s are also on their travels to Cork as they take on CBC at Temple Hill. Clement’s received a bye into the quarter final stages.

Crescent College Comprehensive welcome Rockwell College to Limerick as the sides clash at Old Crescent RFC, Rosbrien.

Tomorrow, last season’s beaten finalists Glenstal Abbey are in the Mardyke to take on Bandon Grammar.ardscoil

PBC v Ardscoil Rís, Wednesday 7 February, Irish Independent Park, 2pm

CBC v St Clement’s College, Wednesday 7 February, Cork Constitution, 2pm.

Crescent College v Rockwell College, Wednesday 7 February, Rosbrien (Old Crescent RFC)

Bandon Grammar v Glenstal Abbey, Thursday 8 February, Mardyke (UCC – Cork)

The semi-finals of the Junior Cup will begin on the week of February 19 and the semi-finals of the Senior Cup will be played on the week beginning February 26.

The final of the Junior Cup will take place on the week beginning March 5 with the Senior Cup final on Sunday, March 18.
