Treaty Academy Lead Keegan Appointed Cobh Manager

Treaty United Academy Lead Shane Keegan has been appointed as manager of Airtricity League First Division club Cobh Ramblers. Ramblers parted company with former manager Darren Murphy two weeks ago following a poor run of form with the 5-2 defeat to basement club Athlone proving the final straw for the Rams board.

Keegan was only appointed to the role of Treaty Academy Lead in February of this year so the news will come as a blow to the Limerick club who will be searching for their second appointment in 4 months. Keegan has previous experience in the League of Ireland having managed both Wexford FC and Galway United in the Airtricity League Premier Division. However, he suffered relegation heartbreak on both occasions but also led Wexford to promotion in 2015.
