Two Limerick Hurlers make 2019 All-Star Team

Limerick Senior Hurlers Sean Finn and Aaron Gillane have made the 2019 All-Star Team of the Year.

John Kiely’s side won the Allianz League and Munster Championship during the 2019 season, with Finn (No.2) and Gillane (No.13) picking up awards as the best in their position in this year’s selection.

All-Ireland champions Tipperary lead the way on the 2019 Hurling Roll of Honour with seven places on the PwC All-Stars team.

In all, five counties are represented with All-Ireland final runners-up Kilkenny earning three, Limerick and Wexford winning two places each while Cork completed this year’s line-up with one award going to Patrick Horgan.

The winners will receive their awards at the annual PwC All-Stars banquet at the Convention Centre in Dublin this Friday evening.
