Limerick has two new kickboxing champions as Conor Nestor and Brian O’Donovan came out on top in their respective bouts, while Conor Ryan almost made it three on the night but was unlucky to lose out in what was a very close fight throughout.
Ryan fought on the undercard in -69 kg matchup on Sunday evening.
In what was billed as one of the best fights of the night, Brian O’Donovan edged his opponent in what was another very tight affair in the -75kg division to take home the Irish ICO Middleweight title.
Finally, fighting for the Full Contact Kickboxing title in the light welterweight division, Conor Nestor defeated his opponent to win a second Irish ICO title on the night for the Limerick club.
