WATCH: Cian Lynch on playing midfield and Limerick’s Munster campaign so far

The Patrickswell clubman was chatting on Newstalk’s Off the Ball on Wednesday morning where he elaborated about his switch to midfield and how is adapting to his new role.

Lynch operated at midfield for the entire league campaign – bar the Antrim game under -John Kiely and says he has embraced the change.

“There is a lot more running to be done inside at midfield. The thing you’d notice about midfield is that the game can kind of bypass you with puck outs going over and back. You can miss one and the break can go against you. It’s about being patient.”
