WATCH: CJ Stander looks ahead to Ireland V Wales this weekend

“We know it’s going to be a physical battle, we know each other as players and it is going to be a big challenge”

Ireland’s Six Nations campaign returns this weekend as they take on Wales in the third round of the tournament. With wins over France and Italy Joe Schmidt’s side are set up nicely for a tilt at the championship.

Wales enjoyed a comprehensive win over Scotland in the first round before losing narrowly to England in round two. The performance at Twickenham will have raised eyebrows as they made Eddie Jones’ side look ordinary for large periods of the game and but for a controversial try that was somehow disallowed by the TMO, Wales could be coming to Dublin wit a 100\% record.

This weekend they will be looking to get their campaign back on track and with the return of Lions duo Dan Biggar and Liam Williams, Warren Gatland will have his side primed for battle.

Ireland and Munster Number 8 CJ Stander was talking to Irish Rugby TV in the build up to a pivotal weekend.
