Today marks the one year anniversary of the untimely passing of former Munster and Ireland legend Anthony “Axel” Foley and a film documenting his life and career as well as the emotional aftermath after the tragic event is set to be aired on RTÉ 1 tonight at 9:35pm.
The film, produced by Wildfire films, interviews close friends and family of Foley who discuss the impact he had on their lives and the friendships he made throughout his life.
