The scramble for All Ireland final tickets is on around Limerick City and County as thousands of locals look to secure their seat at Croke Park.
Hats, bands and wristbands are in abundance in Limerick at the moment, however senior hurling captain Declan Hannon says his mind is firmly fixed on matters within the camp.
“I haven’t heard a whole pile of what’s going on outside the camp to be honest we’re just focused on ourselves and getting to the 19th of August in the best possible shape we can.”
The centre back says that preparation for the big game has been well since his side’s semi-final win over Cork.
“No injuries after the Cork game. Everyone are training hard since the Cork game, it took a few days to recover, a few sore bodies after it but that’s to be expected. Since the Wednesday and Thursday on it’s been hell for leather again.”
