Munster Rugby chat to Emma Tester, the club’s Performance Nutritionist and the person tasked with ensuring the squad’s nutritional requirements are met before, during and after sessions, facilitating both performance and recovery.
Food is mood according to Emma,
“We need to make sure that food is not just about performance but that there is also a social aspect to it – keeping them happy. Food is mood and if the mood is bad, then the food has not been good from my point of view.”
