After the game, co-captain Eimear Considine said,

“We set an aim before the game to not concede any tries. We’re happy with that plus the bonus point win is always good.

“We’re looking forward to playing Leinster next week and hopefully three wins out of three which will set us up with a good semi-final spot.”

Munster Women face Leinster in round three at Irish Independent Park on Saturday 31 August, kick-off 3pm – €5 adults, U18s go FREE.

Munster currently occupy top spot in the table on tries scored ahead of this weekend’s opponents.
