WATCH: Highlights of Na Piarsaigh’s narrow loss in scintillating All Ireland Final replay

Na Piarsaigh suffered a tough, one goal defeat to Cuala in the replay of the All Ireland Final in O’Moore Park, Portlaoise at the weekend.

It was yet another epic battle between the two sides with Na Piarsaigh refusing to give up the fight, even after conceding two goals in the space of a minute just after half-time.

The Caherdavin side responded immediately with two points and a goal from David Breen with the excellent Peter Casey grabbing the equalising score.

Na Piarsaigh did go in front, courtesy of Shane Dowling but Con O’Callaghan managed to grab the equaliser in the dying seconds of normal time.

It seemed as though extra time was again on the cards but a converted free gave Cuala momentum and they knocked over two further points in injury time to ensure their status as back-to-back club champions.
