WATCH: Highlights of Limerick FC’S defeat to Galway

Limerick FC were defeated 3-2 in a thrilling second half at Eamon Deacy Park on Monday night. It was scoreless at half time but the game burst in to life with a superb volley from Maurice Nugent.

With 15 minutes remaining, the returning Sean McSweeney equalised with a long distance strike of his own before Glaway restored the lead through substitute Cian Murphy. It looked as through Lee Devitt had rescued a point for Limerick with a minute remaining but a last minute deflected effort from Conor Barry won it for the Tribesmen.
