This Saturday in the Rugby World Cup quarter-final between Ireland and New Zealand, the Irish will take on the mantle as underdogs as they look to dethrone the back-to-back RWC Champions.
Although Ireland have beaten the All Blacks twice in the past three years, the current form of both sides has seen Joe Schmidt’s side given little chance of causing an upset.
However, speaking at The Regeneron Preview night alongside Tom Savage, Niamh Briggs and Marcus Horan, former Munster winger Ian Dowling says there are areas where the New Zealanders can be vulnerable.
“I think there are a number of areas where we can target.”
