Ballylanders face Adare in a repeat of the 2018 Limerick SFC Final this Sunday in the LIT Gaelic Grounds.
Ballylanders overcame Ballysteen in the final and ahad of the game, selector Joe Daly is confident in his sides chances of avenging the 2018 loss.
“We are looking forward to it. We don’t feel like we have an awful lot to fear. We feel that if we perform then we will give ourselves a chance.”
Jimmy Barry Murph will captain the side and is hopeful of a repeat of the 2014 final where he lead his side to their last triumph at the grade.
“Once you get to the final they are there to be won. When I was captain in 2014 when we won it, it was the biggest day of my life with Ballylanders. So I was never as happy when Niall said to me after the lockdown that I would be captain. So to be captain is a privilege to be captain of Ballylanders and I will be giving it everything to get Ballylanders over the line on Sunday.”
