WATCH: Johann van Graan excited for visit of old friend Ackermann

Munster Head Coach Johann van Graan has been impressed by what he has seen from Gloucester this season an expects a tough challenge when the fourth placed English Premiership site visit Thomond Park on Saturday.

The game sees van Graan pit his whits against fellow South African Johan Ackermann, Head Coach of the visiting Gloucester outfit.

“Johan is a fantastic guy,” said van Graan of Ackermann. “JP (Ferreira) was also working with him at the Lions and we have known each other a long time.

“A coach that i respect and has done very well since joining Gloucester. They are a side that we hugely respect and it will be another Munster Gloucester special over the weekend.”
