WATCH: Johann van Graan on focusing on present and returning internationals

Munster welcome Zebre to Thomond Park on Saturday evening with the Six Nations now behind the Irish internationals.

Munster have lost top spot to Glasgow Warriors in recent weeks and Zebre is the first opportunity for Munster to put pressure back on the Scottish side if they are to claim home advantage for the knockout stages.

Head Coach Johann van Graan understands the importance of securing home advantage but is focused in the here and now to avoid any complacency against Zebre.

“We know what we need to do in order to stay with Glasgow. It’s all going to come down to the last game maybe.”

Ireland’s Six Nations campaign certainly didn’t go as planned but van Graan says the domestic competitions will give the players the perfect platform to move on from the disappointment.

“They’re will be disappointment but what a great opportunity for them to get back on the horse.”
