WATCH: Limerick’s Ronan Coughlan joins top tier side St Patrick’s Athletic

Former Limerick FC star Ronan Coughlan has joined SSE Airtricty side St Patrick’s Athletic ahead of the 2021 season.

He joins the Dublin side after leaving Sligo Rovers where he spent the 2019 season, scoring six times in 18 league appearances.

Coughlan started out his career with Mungret Regional before joining the Academy at Limerick FC and graduating to the senior set up.

He would join Huddersfield in 2014 before returning to Ireland with Bray Wanderers in 2017.

He joined Cork City in 2018 before his move to Sligo.

His brother Garbhan currently plies his trade in New Zealand with Southern United.
