Watch – Munster reach half way point in pre-season

Munster are at the half-way point in their preparations for the upcoming 2017-18 season, and as internationals return, the focus begins to shift at the High Performance Centre.

After a break, the internationals began their pre-season training last week while the core training group enjoyed a mid pre-season break before recommencing their programme which now sees the early strength work balanced with power development.

Andrew Conway, Keith Earls, Rory Scannell, Simon Zebo, Dave Kilcoyne, Jack O’Donoghue, John Ryan and Niall Scannell are back n the fold ahead of the new season.

Training continues to integrate more and more rugby elements, and detailed work ahead of the upcoming pre-season game against Worcester Warriors on Thursday Augsut 24th at the Sixways Stadium.
