WATCH: Neil Cronin on “adapting” to professional game after Munster return

Neil Cronin made the step up from amateur rugby to the professional game in the off-season and his impressive displays thus far have seen him awarded a two-year-deal.

The Garryowen man admits that the change was difficult at first but has very much found his feet at Munster now.

“I’ve adapted now. Pre-season was tough but everybody around here looks after you so well. I’m really enjoying it.

“When you come in at the start of the year, you know with Conor being away at Irish camp and starting the season off with an injury, you are kind of saying that these are my opportunities.

“I got a few at the start of the year but I got the injury against Glasgow and that set me back six or seven weeks.”
