WATCH: Niall Scannell discusses another gritty Munster win

Niall Scannell gives post match reaction from Ulster game.

Yesterday Munster sealed a play-off place in the Pro 12 after a hard fought 22-20 victory over Ulster in Thomond Park. This was a significant win as Ulster were hoping to push towards the play-off places as they lie in 5th place in the table, one spot outside the play-offs.

Furthermore this win has set up Munster perfectly ahead of next weeks Champions Cup Semi Final against the reigning winners Saracens. Should Munster overcome the English giants in the Aviva in 6 days time, they will be able to focus on a Champions Cup final and also a Pro 12 Semi Final.

One of Munster’s main men this season, hooker Niall Scannell, has spoken about the positive impact of the win, especially given the magnitude of injuries suffered in the previous few weeks.
