WATCH: Niall Scannell on Garrett Fitzgerald and his legacy

Last week Munster lost a legend in the shape of Garrett Fitzgerald as the long-term CEO sadly passed away.

Fitzgerald was laid to rest on Monday with the Munster squad present to pay their respects.

Speaking about the legacy of the late CEO, Niall Scannell thanked Fitzgerald for all he did for the club.

“We wouldn’t be in these unbelievable facilities and playing in two stadiums like IIP and Thomond Park so we’ve a lot to thank Garrett for. And I think it was important to get together yesterday as a squad and show our support.”
