WATCH: O'Byrne on enjoying the 'needle' of Interpros

Kevin O’Byrne is hoping to continue his excellent season so far when Munster pack down against their bitter rivals Leinster at Thomond Park this evening.

O’Byrne is looking forward to the game and says that the bit of needle in such games is one of the most enjoyable things about professional rugby.

“It’s part of the game that I probably enjoy the most. That challenge, that physical confrontation with your opposite number, with the opposite eight.

“It’s certainly an area where we will be looking to take on Leinster. They have got good depth across the whole squad but in their pack from all age groups.

“But we back our young fellas as well in the pack and I’m really looking forward to that battle up front.”
