It looks as if former WBO Middleweight champion Andy Lee could soon make a return to boxing in 2018.

In a short promotional video posted by Newstalk’s Off the Ball, Lee is in training with the caption “Watch this space” written on the screen at the end.

The Limerick native has been working with the radio show over the last year, and hasn’t fought since his win over KeAndre Leatherwood back in March in Madison Square Gardens.

According to FightNews.com the 32 year old is currently in the top six contenders for the Middleweight title which is currently held by the superb Gennady Golovkin.

With nothing further from Lee himself, fans of the boxer will have to wait and see what this clip really meant.
