Fairview Rangers midfielder Shane Duggan spoke to Sporting Limerick’s Adrian Finnin in the aftermath of the FAI Junior Cup third round win over Aisling Annacotty. Goals from Conor Coughlan, Connor Ellis and AJ O’Connor sealed a big win for Fairview as they look to regain the FAI title which they won in 2020.
Duggan was once again in the thick of the action on a miserable afternoon at the Fairgreen and he was delighted with the manner of the victory over another Limerick District League heavyweight.
“We are delighted as Aisling are a top side and are doing well in the league. With the conditions that were here today, I thought it was a brilliant performance.”
