Former Limerick goalkeeper Brendan Clarke has, as anticipated, signed a deal with former club St Patrick’s Athletic.
The Thirty two-year-old joined Limerick from St Pat’s at the start of the 2017 season and, following some impressive performances, won his place off of the then number one keeper Freddy Hall.
Clarke played a vital role in Limerick FC’s crucial 2-1 win over Bray Wanderers last Friday evening before announcing that he was moving on from the club.
