Simon Zebo makes the move to Racing 92 this summer which means this Saturday’s visit of Toulon will be the full back’s last big European day at Thomond Park.
The fan favourite has spoken to Sky Sports about what the ground and the crowd means to him as a Munster man.
“For me it’s the best stadium in the world. It doesn’t really matter who we play against we always have the confidence of knowing that there’s going to be goosebumps going throughout your body because the crowd are going to be going 90. When you’re coming to Thomond Park you’re literally going to be playing against 16 men.”
Tomorrow, @SimonZebo starts for @MunsterRugby against @RCTOfficiel, in what might be his last @ChampionsCup match at Thomond Park. Here's what the ground means to him… #MUNvRCT #RedArmy #16thMan #SUAF pic.twitter.com/ceMGrfvH8n
