WATCH: Van Graan on Benetton’s quality and need to rotate his squad

Munster go into tomorrow night’s game with Benetton in Treviso with 11 changes from the side that beat Cardiff Blues last week.

Head coach Johann van Graan has opted to rotate his squad for this game with the daunting prospect of a Champions Cup semi final with Saracens on the horizon.

The South African has been very impressed with Benetton so far this season and is expecting a big test in Treviso.

“They have been excellent. The conference system sets up knockout rugby and they play knockout rugby.

“The way they kept the ball at the end against Leinster was very good. They just didn’t go to Leinster and get a draw.

“They are a very good rugby side that deserves a lot of respect. From our side, we treat our opponents every week with the same amount of respect and they will certainly get a lot from us.”
