Jean Kleyn is likely to make his return to the starting lineup for Munster on Friday after over a month out when Johann van Graan’s men play Ulster in Belfast.
The burly second row has been out injured due to a broken thumb and said that dealing with injuries and the frustration it brings is part and parcel of being a professional rugby player.
“It’s tough having to watch the matches because you always think that you want to be a part of it and would love to contribute.
“It’s not easy but it’s something that you have to get used to. Obviously, it’s not my first injury and it sure as hell won’t be my last. It’s something that you have to deal with early on in your career, otherwise you don’t cope.”
Kleyn also spoke on the big test facing Munster against an in form Ulster. Click below to watch the full video.
