Television and fixture details revealed for All-Ireland Club Hurling Semi-Finals

The Munster club hurling final will take place this weekend with Kilmallock taking on Ballygunner.

The path to the All-Ireland Club Hurling Championship title has been made clearer for the five remaining sides as the semi-finals for the competition have been confirmed.

The winners of this weekend’s Munster hurling final will join Ballyhale Shamrocks, Slaughtneil and St Thomas in the last four of the All-Ireland.

Kilmallock and Ballygunner face off in the Munster decider this Sunday in Pairc Ui Chaoimh, with the Balbec, Limerick’s last remaining representative in the 2021 club championships.

There will be little rest for Sunday’s winners as they will face Ulster kingpins Slaughtneil in the semi-final on Sunday January 23 in Parnell Park with the game live on TG4 from 1.30pm.

Kilmallock last appeared in this stage in 2014, going on to contest the All-Ireland final where they were beaten by Ballyhale. Ballygunner were Munster champions in 2018 but fell at the last four stage, also losing to the Kilkenny outfit.

Slaughtneil will be appearing in the last four for the second successive season, also losing to Ballyhale in 2020.

The clash of 2019 & 2020 champions Ballyhale Shamrocks and St Thomas throws in at 3.30pm on the same day as the other last four clash. That game will also be shown live on TG4.

The final will be played on the weekend of February 12-13th.
