The fight for the green jacket begins in Augusta today.
Arguably the most prestigious event in the golfing calendar, the 2022 Masters kicks off today in August National as all compete for the green jacket on Sunday.
For Ireland, there are four natives in contention with Seamus Power, Shane Lowry, Rory McIlroy and Padraig Harrington teeing off today.
The green jacket is a sign of golf’s elite, and to earn it, is to immortalise one self into the sport forever.
The tournament also has a hefty prize pool of $11,500,000.
