Aisling Annacotty await outcome of objection

Aisling Annacotty will have to wait to find out the outcome of their objection against Dublin club Sheriff YC.

The hearing took place on Friday afternoon and the FAI Junior Council informed both clubs that they would inform them of their decision in due course.

The Limerick side were defeated 1-0 by Sheriff in the semi-final of the FAI Junior Cup in Dublin two weeks ago.

The final was due to take place last Saturday (May 11) at the Aviva Stadium but just two days before it was to take place, the FAI Junior Council took the decision to postpone the final between St. Michaels and Sheriff as Annacotty filed two objections in relation to player eligibility.
