Big Sam’s Crystal Palace to face Limerick FC in Preseason Friendly

Sam Allardyce has announced that his Crystal Palace side will face Limerick FC in a friendly in their pre-season.

Allardyce was manager of the Munster side between 1991-1992 and his former assistant manager (at many clubs) Neil McDonald is now currently managing the Blues.

Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser, ‘Big Sam’ said,

“We will go to Ireland for a pre-season work-out and then finish it with a game against my old club Limerick,”

Dates and times to be announced in due course.
