Billy Lee names his Limerick side for the Munster Championship opener

Limerick football manager Billy Lee has named his starting XV for Saturday evening’s Munster Football Championship opener against Tipperary in Semple Stadium at 7pm.

Limerick come into the game without a win in the Munster championship since 2012.

They were beaten by Tipp in the first round in 2014 with the Liam Kearns managed side making great strides in recent years, reaching a Munster final in 2017 and subsequently an All-Ireland semi-final that year.

The Limerick ladies footballers open their campaign in Semple Stadium at 5 on Saturday against Tipperary
