Brilliant Ballysteen cruise into Limerick SFC semi final

A brilliant final quarter final pushed Ballysteen into a first Limerick SFC semi final since 2012 with a 0-14 to 0-8 win over Fr Caseys.

Seamie O’Donnell’s side lead from start to finish in a complete performance.

A brilliant first 15 had them 0-5 to 0-2 ahead with the score 0-6 to 0-3 at the short whistle.

Caseys had the deficit down to a point before the final water break.

This would be as good as it got for the Abbeyfeale side as Ballysteen doubled their score in the final quarter to destroy the pre match favourites.
