Ireland announce their team ahead of their six nations tie against Wales.
Andy Farrell has revealed his hand for Ireland’s Six Nations opener as he names his squad for the clash with Wales on Saturday.
Munster have five players included in Farrell’s matchday squad with Andrew Conway and Tadhg Beirne in the starting fifteen.
Joey Carbery, Peter O’Mahony and Conor Murray are all named among the replacements.
The 23 includes one new cap and two players set to make their Championship debuts.
The uncapped Connacht wing Mack Hansen lines out on the left wing. In the replacements James Hume and Dan Sheehan are set to make their Championship debuts.
Wales have also named their side for the game on Saturday in Dublin.
The clash kicks off this Saturday at 2.15pm in the Aviva Stadium with tickets sold out for the match.
