John Kiely was speaking to the media after their 0-36 to 1-23 win over Clare in the Munster SHC 1/4 final today to set up a semi final date with Tipperary.
The sides went in level at the break with 15 points apiece but Limerick created separation early in the second half with five quick points.
Kiely says that scoring burst laid the platform for the win. “We got the first five scores after the break and that gave us a good platform”
