Mike Haley “raring to go” ahead of Champions Cup opener

Munster will be back to almost full strength this weekend as they welcome the Harlequins to Thomond Park in the Champions Cup.

The province are still without the likes of Joey Ccarbery, RG Snyman and Dave Kilcoyne but have the Irish contingent back after a number of International weekends.

As such, fullback Mike Haley is extremely excited at the return of the prestigious competition, despite the lack of fans.

“We’re raring to go. It’s Champions Cup weekend and we can’t wait to get into it. The only downside is that there will be no crowd at Thomond Park but there is still a buzz and that feeling.”
