It only seems like yesterday that Munster’s season came to a disappointing end at the Aviva Stadium with a Pro12 final loss to the deserving Scarlets.
Since then, so much has happened. We have had the Lions Tour, Ireland’s Summer Tour and the news that Rassie Erasmus has signalled his intention leave the province with the search for his replacement well under way.
Despite this, the show must go on and Munster are back in the thick of their preseason preparations. Head of Athletic Performance Aled Walters gives an insight in the the hard work that goes on behind the scenes at the High Performance Centre in UL.
